In order to streamline the process for emeritus requests, the Office of Faculty Affairs has launched a new Emeritus Request Application form. The form should be submitted by a representative from the applicant's Dean/VP unit and collects all required materials, including the applicant's letter of intent and CV/resume, vote documentation, and endorsement letters from the applicant's immediate supervisor and Dean/VP.
