Human Resources is excited to invite current and aspiring managers to join the Fall 2025 Management Training Academy (MTA) cohort. This nine-week program equips participants with essential knowledge and effective management skills to enhance work quality, productivity, morale, and engagement.

MTA is presented through a blended learning approach that includes live in-person and virtual seminars, interactive exercises, educational videos, and online coursework. Upon completion, managers and supervisors will have a robust foundation to drive team success.
