Human Resources is excited to invite current and aspiring managers to join the Spring 2025 Management Training Academy (MTA) cohort. This program equips participants with essential knowledge and effective management skills to enhance work quality, productivity, morale, and engagement.

The nine-week program is presented through a blended learning approach that includes live in-person and virtual seminars, interactive exercises, educational videos, and online coursework. Upon completion, managers and supervisors will have a robust foundation to drive team success.
