Journal Editors Roundtable March 7

Join the University Libraries for "Journal Editors Roundtable: A conversation about the editorial side of academic publishing" on Friday, March 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Goldfield Room at Lied Library.

Current, past, and aspiring academic journal editors are invited to this lunch and learn to discuss trends and challenges in the scholarly publication landscape.

This library-facilitated roundtable discussion will cover publishing models, recruiting peer reviewers, and other topics identified by the group.

We will share experiences to help one another address challenges around recruiting, the role of the editorial board, peer review, advice to authors and the future of scholarly publishing.

Lunch will be provided for registered participants

This workshop is part of the Rebel+ Libraries Workshop Series. For questions about Rebel+ Workshops, contact libraryworkshops@unlv.edu
