Join Us for RebelWELL: Pathways to Wellness Day at UNLV April 29

RebelWELL invites all faculty and staff to Pathways to Wellness Day on Tuesday, April 29 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the UNLV Student Union.

Pathways to Wellness Day is a free event designed to empower and educate faculty and staff on the essential aspects of wellness. Choose your "pathway" from a variety of sessions and activities focused on four critical wellness areas:

  • Financial 
  • Occupational
  • Physical 
  • Emotional 

Sonja Rogers, UNLV’s health & wellness program manager, will open the day with a keynote session, providing insights into work-life balance and wellness strategies.

Dive into wellness starting at 11 a.m. with breakout sessions featuring speakers from TIAA, True Fusion (yoga), UNLV’s learning and development team for occupational wellness, and the Resiliency & Justice Center (RJC). Visit the RebelWELL workspace in REBELearn to register for sessions.  

Stop by ballroom A/B to explore wellness resources during the Pathways to Wellness health fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Connect with vendors and discover new tools that support your personal health journey.
