As we approach winter break, please note the following service hour changes: 

• Closed: All services will be closed on Christmas Day (Thursday, Dec. 25)
• Phone Support: Phone support will be available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 26 and Thursday, Jan. 1. 
• On Campus: 
  • The CHB-B 113 IT Help Desk will be open regular service hours, except for Christmas and New Year’s Days. 
  • The Student Union IT Help Desk will be closed Monday, Dec. 22 - Thursday, Jan. 1, due to the building closure.

For assistance while the IT Help Desk is closed:

• Many campus technology questions can be answered through our chatbot, Scarlet, available on the IT website.
• You can also browse our IT Knowledge Base or submit a service request, which will be answered when the office reopens.
