HR Virtual Discussion: Responding to Concerned Colleagues / Customers during the Pandemic

As we prepare to return to on-campus operations, it is important that we have the tools we need to effectively address potential workplace situations that may arise due to anxiety caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Human Resources, in partnership with DRI Consultants, invites all UNLV employees to participate in a virtual discussion group about responding to concerned colleagues and customers. After participating in this virtual discussion group, you will have a stronger sense of how to: 

  • More effectively do your job during these times
  • Better respond to and engage with others
  • Be confident in your need to feel safe 

There will be three virtual sessions of Tools for Responding to Concerned Customers and Colleagues. Please see below for session dates / times and registration information:
