Google Jamboard will no longer be available after December 31, 2024

Google is discontinuing the Jamboard application on December 31, 2024. Please be aware of these important deadlines:

  • October 1, 2024: The Jamboard app will become view-only. This means you will no longer be able to create new Jams or edit existing ones on any platform, including the web, iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
  • December 31, 2024: You will lose access to the Jamboard app and your Jam files. You will still be able to access your Jamboard files and export them in PDF or PNG format until this cutoff date.

To ensure you retain your Jamboard data, we recommend exporting it before December 31, 2024.

For more information about this change and Google’s suggested alternatives to Jamboard, please visit Google’s Jamboard support page or contact the IT Help Desk.
