Graduate students from the French L'Institut Paul Bocuse and its sister school Emlyon Business School are visiting the UNLV campus this summer to study international hospitality management and culinary leadership at Hospitality Hall. Over the course of nine weeks, the 90-student cohort will explore events, casino, and food & beverage management topics with a group of elite instructors, including the college's own Murray Mackenzie, Robert Rippee, and Cervantes Lee. The program, which runs from May 31 to July 25, is part of a joint learning program between Bocuse/Emlyon and the Harrah College of Hospitality's Sand Center for Professional Development.
