Digital Scholarship@UNLV Celebrates 5 Million Downloads

UNLV University Libraries hit a major milestone during the Spring semester when the 5 millionth item of UNLV scholarship was downloaded from Digital Scholarship@UNLV, the university's institutional repository. 

"Chinese transnationalism and the creation of a liberal public sphere," a Master of Arts in History thesis by Lanelle Elizabeth Cristman, was downloaded on March 19. 

Digital Scholarship@UNLV hosts scholarship from UNLV faculty, staff and students, and provides free online access to a worldwide audience while also assuring long-term preservation of UNLV research.
