Deadline for Clark County Property Owners to Cap Primary Tax Rate

A note for employee homeowners: Today is the deadline for Clark County property owners to check their eligibility for the primary tax cap rate of 3 percent (as opposed to the nonprimary residence tax rate of 8 percent) for the 2022-23 fiscal year. Visit the Clark County Assessor’s website to learn more about your rate.
