Congratulations to Alyssa Hill for receiving the Administrative Faculty of the Month Award for August 2025. Hill serves as the director of Online Student Experience at UNLV. Her nominators wrote: 

“Alyssa's work embodies the UNLV mission, striving to meet and exceed goals within our community. Her work is student-focused and centered as she works tirelessly to identify spaces in which she can support student growth and success in our community. She is a perfect example of inclusivity in serving the diversity of our student body as she advocates for all students online and in person. Her work engages all students (including the online population) with faculty, staff, and the whole community. Her work supports the transformational focus of our mission as she always takes the extra step to help in spaces that may not have had as much support previously.”

The Administrative Faculty of the Month award recognizes outstanding colleagues who go above and beyond in their duties in advancing UNLV’s mission. The winning recipient receives a certificate and $150 in recognition of their contributions. Nominations for the September 2025 award are due by Sept. 30, 2025.
