Update on Workday Support Department
Effective August 1, the Workday support help desk operations will integrate into the Business Affairs’ Work Order Control Unit (WOCU). The WOCU members currently staff the UNLV Help Desk (switchboard), triage work orders, and handle central billing for Telecommunication Services, Delivery Services, and Parking and Transportation Services.
The process to submit questions, request security updates, and sign up for training remains unchanged:
- Email login, basic navigation, and other requests to email@example.com
- Requests that require advanced support will be directed to the appropriate subject matter expert for processing
- To add or remove security roles, use the request form on the Workday security webpage
- Subject matter experts in human resources and financial services will now support customers with security requests
- Visit the Business Affairs calendar for a list of and to sign up for training sessions
