The Division of Research and Economic Development is pleased to announce the official launch of UNLV Research Match, a web tool that will enable users to search for faculty research expertise using keywords.
"We developed UNLV Research Match to help faculty, students, and the broader community identify prospective research partners," said Tom Piechota, Interim Vice President for Research and Economic Development. "As we continue to promote interdisciplinary research and community/business partnerships, we felt this would be an excellent tool to facilitate collaboration and to promote the work of our faculty. It will be useful for a variety of purposes."
Faculty members' research expertise was drawn from a number of sources, including faculty websites. Faculty members who would like to change or update their research expertise information should fill out the form located at this website: http://www.unlv.edu/research/clusters/expertise-form.
The source data for the search engine will be updated frequently to ensure timeliness of information.
