Return to Work resources for departments

Jun. 3, 2020

The following resources are available as the university returns to on-campus operations. All of these services are centrally funded by the university:

  • COVID-19 supplies. Every employee will receive two cloth face coverings, three disposable face coverings, and a personal size hand sanitizer. Departments can order sanitation kits that contain disinfectant and a large size hand sanitizer bottle
    • Department representatives must submit an order through the Business Affairs Administration Portal to receive these items
    • Delivery Services will coordinate curbside pick-up and / or delivery of these items to departments
  • Workspace modifications. Planning & Construction (P&C) will assist with reviewing workspace layout designs and / or ordering and installing physical barriers and ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and federal regulations
    • To request service, place a work order request
    • You must be on the VPN to access work order requests from a remote network
  • Moving services. Moving Services will assist departments with moving or removing heavy pieces of furniture free of charge to create socially distanced workplaces
  • COVID-19 signage. Integrated Marketing & Branding has a catalog of UNLV-branded COVID-19 signage and graphics they can incorporate into vinyl floor stickers, signs, and other collateral to help individuals socially distance
  • Risk assessment. Ensure that your social distanced workplace is up to code and workplace layouts do not block fire & life safety devices
