Issue: Workday Report Data Missing from PDF Export

When users export a report from Workday, the resulting PDF file may have missing data rows. This issue will be fixed on February 27.

In the meantime, the below workarounds will resolved the issue:

  • Scroll down to load all pages of the report and then select “print”
  • Users with security access to schedule a report can:
    • Schedule the report
    • Select “export”
    • Select output as PDF
    • This will generate a full PDF with all data correctly populated
