Hannah Morelos Wins Women in Gaming & Hospitality Scholarship to Attend the Executive Development Program (EDP)
Congratulations to Hannah Morelos, Director of Gaming & Gaming Operations for The Star Gold Coast in Gold Coast, Australia, who has been announced as the Women in Gaming & Hospitality Executive Development Program (EDP) Scholarship winner for 2019. As the winner of the scholarship, Hannah will attend EDP from 9-17 November 2019 in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
“I am incredibly honoured to be the recipient of this scholarship and so thankful to Women in Gaming & Hospitality Australasia for the opportunity it affords me,” Hannah said, “Attending the Executive Development Program is something that has been a goal of mine for some time. It is an opportunity to learn and collaborate with industry leaders and other gaming industry professionals. I’m looking forward to bringing back valuable knowledge that I can share with my team and the Women in Gaming community.”
The Executive Development Program is delivered by the UNLV International Gaming Institute, in partnership with University of Nevada, Reno. It is designed to empower future leaders of the gaming industry. The rigorous program helps increase capacity to lead and manage in a changing environment and prepares participants to think strategically in reshaping their organization to deal with these emerging industry issues.
