Dr. Jingchun Chen Publishes in Patterns Journal

Dr. Jingchun Chen has published an article in the high impact journal Patterns.  The study found that the artificial intelligence approaches and the genetic data-transferred artificial images can improve the classification of diseases, such as schizophrenia. Dr. Chen says, "To our knowledge, nobody has ever done this kind of study. It is very creative, and has high potential to improve personalized medicine in the psychiatric field and any other fields as well."

Dr. Chen is an assistant professor of Nevada Institute of Personalized Medicine (NIPM). Additional contributing authors are Xiangning Chen, Daniel G. Chen, Zhongming Zhao, Justin Zhan, and Changrong Ji.
