Dr. Bock's Student Wins Calvert Award for Undergraduate Research

Multidisciplinary Studies major Bella Victoria Smith (Areas of Study: English and Theater/Performance Studies) has been selected as a recipient of the 2015 University Libraries Lance & Elena Calvert Undergraduate Research Award in the Advanced Undergraduate Research Category for their IDS senior capstone project, “‘Man? Where’s a Man? Don’t let him go!’: Molina’s Trans/gender Web in Interpretation and Performance.” Dr. Sheila Bock was their faculty mentor. 

BV Smith will graduate this spring with honors and begin a Ph.D. program in the Department of English at The Ohio State University in the fall. Congratulations!
