RailTEAM will host a two-day railroad infrastructure symposium where professionals and experts will present new technologies and methods in monitoring and maintaining railroad infrastructure. The results of the research conducted at the RailTEAM will be presented at the symposium with both oral and poster presentations. An open discussion will be provided with panels of experts and participating professionals on the current and proposed technologies and methods.

European Plan:

$149.00 per room/per night based on single occupancy plus applicable taxes

$169.00 per room/per night based on double occupancy plus applicable taxes

  • Overnight Hotel Guest: Self-Parking: $11.00 Valet Parking: $17.00
  • Daily Parking: Self-Parking: $1.00 - $8.00

Reservations will be made by Individual Call-In or On-Line no later than Friday, April 17, 2020. Any additional reservation requests by the UTC DOT symposium attendees received after this date will be honored on a rate and space available basis only.

The block of rooms at the government rate will be sold to the general group they must show government ID at check-in. All group reservations must be guaranteed. To guarantee your reservation, a credit card or first night’s deposit is required.

Should it be necessary to cancel a guestroom that has been guaranteed for late arrival, please do so 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival. If we do not receive notice 48 hours prior to a “no-show” charge (equal to one night’s European Plan, rate plus applicable taxes) will be assessed and the reservation will be canceled.
