In November 2013, the IGI partnered with our University of Nevada, Reno friends to co-produce the tribute program given to us by the late Dr. Bill Eadington: the world-renowned Executive Development Program (EDP).
2013’s faculty lineup featured stars at every turn, including:
- Oakland A’s Assistant General Manager (and Moneyball character) David Forst
- Steve Cadigan, founding human resources director of LinkedIn
- Legendary gaming industry CEO Phil Satre
- Crisis management expert (and longtime UNLV faculty) Dr. Larry Barton
- Award-winning Zynga and ShuffleMaster executive Lou Castle
- Gaming technology expert and longtime Bally executive Bruce Rowe
- Gaming Standards Association Chairman Peter DeRaedt
IGI Executive Director Bo Bernhard and former Gaming Control Board Chair Mark Lipparelli (himself a proud graduate of the first EDP class) co-moderated the event, which received reviews like these from its passionate attendees:
