Battle Born Heroes Innovate

Bringing together the educational vision of the UNLV International Gaming Institute and the Clark County School District Career & Technical Education Department, Battle Born Heroes Innovate (BBHI) introduces under-resourced middle and high school students to Southern Nevada’s science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) careers, demystifies success in these fields, and provides an outlet for them to engage with role models and community leaders.

Under-resourced youth participate in interactive online monthly workshops and hands-on activities led by local, prominent figures from UNLV and Nevada-based technology companies. Learning focuses on game design and development, innovation, entrepreneurship, and STEAM.
