One of the goals of the International Center for Gaming Regulation is to develop and maintain the primary global source for regulatory research and data/information. Over the coming months and years, we will build this resource to:

  • Develop the first database of scientific findings on regulatory issues, so that regulators may rely upon data rather than solely intuition in decision-making
  • Maintain a repository of the many and varied regulations, test results, and other relevant data/information in the gaming space, including:
    • Legislative bills, statutes, regulations, decisions, case law, and related materials concerning gaming throughout the world, in the tribal, commercial, and Internet areas
    • All regulations, internal controls, and technical standards for all regulatory jurisdictions throughout the world
    • Scholarship, educational materials, research, and other relevant educational assets
