If you do not take action on-time, you will be automatically placed into the default health insurance plan: the Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP) - PPO for the EMPLOYEE ONLY with the Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). You will not be allowed to make changes until the open enrollment period in May unless you experience a qualifying event.
