You do not elect your health insurance in Workday. You must visit the Public Employees' Benefits Program (PEBP) website to either elect or decline health insurance. If you do not take action on-time, you will be automatically placed into the default health insurance plan: the Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP) - PPO for the EMPLOYEE ONLY with the Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). You will not be allowed to make changes until the open enrollment period in May unless you experience a qualifying event. You should attend the benefits enrollment class within your first few days of employment or earlier if possible.
