Customer Service REBELS is a strategic approach to delivering memorable service to our guests, both internal and external. In this module participants will be introduced to the Service REBELS philosophy, vision, and behavior standards.
Classroom Instruction is available or, for those comfortable with presenting themselves, we have developed several tools to allow staff to facilitate this course themselves. View and register for courses being offered this semester.
