Gunnery Sergeant Jesse Lang, United States Marine Corps

Jesse Lang is a Gunnery Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, stationed at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. He currently serves as the Squadron Gunnery Sergeant for Marine Helicopter Squadron One which transports the President of the United States and other VIPs.

Prior to his current position, Jesse Lang served as the Detachment Commander for the Marine Security Guards at U.S. Embassy Nairobi, Kenya, and U.S. Embassy Dublin, Ireland. During that time he managed internal security, assisted with coordination of supporting security sections, and VIP visits. He returned to Quantico as an Instructor Advisor/Operations Chief at the MSG School and served as the Project Manager for design and construction of a new MSG Schoolhouse.

Lang holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Criminal Justice and Protective Services from Excelsior College, Albany, New York.
