Welcome
Our degree programs combine the latest industry practices, traditional storytelling, and a scholarly film history context to help you build a strong foundation for graduate study and careers in the dynamic worlds of film, television, and digital media.

UNLV Film actively endorses and embraces the spirit and calls to action embodied by the Black Lives Matter movement and its support for safety, respect, justice, equality, and liberty for every person in the United States, and across the world.
We are excited about the ways in which cinema can be a powerful force for positive change during this transformative time - inspiring creativity, exposing oppression, and celebrating empathy and compassion.
What's Happening

Theatre MFA candidate Skylar Schock and theatre and film professor Adam Paul executive produce the event, an evening of stand-up comedy, followed by a talk-back with the comics aimed at opening up conversation and sharing resources for mental health.

This special evening with the professional stuntwoman and former nationally-ranked gymnast is free and open to the public.

Riot in Bloom will be directed by film professor Brett Levner in the summer/fall of 2022 with the help of UNLV Film students and local film community.
