Requests must be received by the following deadlines:
* 9 a.m. the day before you check out.
* Requests for Monday must be in by 9 a.m. on Friday.
Checkout is by appointment during the following hours:
* 12 p.m.–5 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Returns are accepted during the following hours:
* 9 a.m.–1 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
