Additional Items

  • Certificate of Insurance is required (example documents listing specific requirements will be provided during contracting).
  • Certified Coordinator is required.  Student Union & Event Services can provide an on-site coordinator for an additional charge.
  • A 10% management fee will be added to the final bill for all services and equipment contracted for your event.
  • Clients are not permitted to store items overnight.
  • Student Union & Event Services will coordinate any additional rental equipment or add-ons.  Please note that a 10% management fee will be added to the bill for these items.
  • Rehearsal space may be provided based upon availability and an additional cost will apply for use of the space.
