Residence Halls

All rooms at UNLV Conference Housing are double-occupancy (except for handicap-adapted suites, which are triple-occupancy). Two rooms form a suite and share a bathroom, and wheelchair-adapted rooms are available in each community.

Groups requesting the linen package on their contract will receive bed and bath linens:

  • One pillow case

Directions

Your stay with Conference Housing at the University of Nevada Las Vegas will begin with check-in at our 24hr Conference Housing front desk located in Tonopah Hall, 1130 University Road. Tonopah Hall houses the main Conference Housing Office. Enter campus from Maryland Parkway at University Road. Tonopah Hall is the large six-story building, across from the Dining Commons. Be sure to check with your Conference & Event or Group Coordinator on exact check-in location and specific/detailed directions.

Parking

You must have a valid parking permit to park on campus. Your Conference & Event Coordinator will coordinate group parking, or you can visit the UNLV Parking Services page.

All buses or large vehicles must park in the Thomas & Mack parking lot (M Lot). Please do not park in reserved parking areas or spaces marked for faculty and staff. The Conference Housing Office assumes no responsibility for any parking tickets received while on the UNLV Campus.

The UCC Complex

The UCC Complex is composed of a group of four three-story buildings constructed in 1988, each housing approximately 42-58 guests. Floors are divided into wings, each housing eight rooms. Wings are separated by lounge areas. Each room is approximately 11 feet by 21 feet, divided by a partial wall providing additional privacy. Each suite shares a balcony. Located within each building is a RebelCash-operated laundry facility, study lounge, snack vending area, and full communal kitchens.

The South Complex

The South Complex is an interconnected three-building complex constructed in 1990 containing a three-, four-, and five-story buildings. Each floor houses 40 guests in rooms 10 feet 10 inches by 20 feet. Each floor features a study room as well as a lounge area which is outfitted with a flat screen and free HD cable. Vending machines are centrally located within the complex.

The Tonopah Complex

The Tonopah Complex is a six-story, two-building residential housing complex with a capacity of 622 guests. The original building was constructed in 1966 and was completely renovated in 1992. The new building was completed in the summer of 2001 and offers a modern, state-of-the-art facility to our guests, as well as serving as the home to the Conference Housing Office. Each floor houses approximately 40 guests in rooms 11' x 20'. A RebelCash-operated laundry can be found on each floor in addition to either a social lounge or a study lounge.

The Dayton Complex

The Dayton Complex is a two-building complex housing approximately 440 guests. The newest residential building on campus, this complex opened its doors in 2004. The building offers RebelCash operated laundry facilities, upgraded furniture, spacious TV and study lounges, and a beautiful view of the Las Vegas Strip. Each floor houses approximately 40 guests in rooms 11 feet by 20 feet.
