Summer Conferences and Interns (May through July)
- Please check with your conference coordinator to determine which location your group will be utilizing for check-in.
Parking and Transportation
- You must have a valid parking permit to park on campus.
- Permits are available from UNLV Parking and Transportation Services or the Conference Housing Office upon check-in.
- Permits allow you to park in student parking spaces. The Conference Housing Office assumes no responsibility for any parking tickets received while on the UNLV campus.
Directions to Conference Housing Office
- Directions from McCarran International Airport: Exit the airport via University Center Dr. Turn right on Tropicana Avenue and proceed east one block on Tropicana to Thomas & Mac/Gym Road. Turn left onto the Thomas & Mac/Gym Road entrance and proceed north (straight on Gym Road). Turn right into the Residential Hall parking. You will check-in at the Eugene R. Warner Residential Life Building.
- Directions from Interstate 15: Exit I-15 at the Tropicana Avenue East Exit. Follow Tropicana Avenue (approximately 3 miles) and turn left on Thomas & Mac/Gym Road. Turn left onto the Thomas & Mac/Gym Road entrance and proceed north (straight on Gym Road). Turn right into the Residential Hall parking. You will check-in at the Eugene R. Warner Residential Life Building.
- Directions from US Highway 93 & 95: Exit the Tropicana Avenue West exit and continue on Tropicana Avenue (approximately 6 miles) to Thomas & Mac/Gym Road. Turn left onto the Thomas & Mac/Gym Road entrance and proceed north (straight on Gym Road). Turn right into the Residential Hall parking. You will check-in at the Eugene R. Warner Residential Life Building.
