Description
The goal of this presentation is to define sexual harassment, social norms and individual beliefs that perpetuate the behavior, and to encourage use of bystander techniques in the workplace.
Topics include: sexual violence as a continuum, sexual harassment definitions, power and control, intersectionality, and campus resources for victims/survivors.
