Description
The goal of this presentation is to explore the differences between self-care and self-soothing and when to use each in taking care of ourselves. Additionally, we want to support the UNLV community in managing the stress and pressures in their lives by promoting positive thinking and effective coping skills.
Topics include: emotional intelligence, boundaries, and resources for self-care.
