In co-sponsorship with the UNLV Graduate College, Brookings Mountain West is pleased to offer a workshop with Brookings Fellow in Metropolitan Policy, Martha Ross. Ross's research focuses on human capital and strategies to increase the skills, employment and earnings of current and future workers. She is eager to speak with students about her recent work on trends in employment rates among America's young adults, the healthcare workforce, and offer policy recommendations on improving educational options and career pathways among low-income, or low-skilled workers.
