Workday: Buying, Acknowledging, and Paying for Goods and Services
Employees who create requisitions, create receipts, and submit invoices for payment on behalf of themselves or on behalf of someone else should attend this session. We will provide an overview of the procurement cycle and demonstrate how to prepare a requisition for goods or services. We will also demonstrate how to acknowledge receipt of purchases by creating, editing, and cancelling a receipt. Finally, we will go over how to submit an invoice to accounts payable for settlement in Workday.
Attendance is limited. Registration is required. Training materials and links will be provided by email to registered participants prior to training.
