Women's Council Sharing Circles (virtual)

Apr. 14, 2022, 12pm to 1pm

Office/Remote Location

Social support and connection are important protective factors for dealing with life, work, and everyday navigations. This circle creates space for participants to gather to connect with themselves and others as well as to share/talk about anything that comes up.

Ground rules are based on the concept that everyone can share without facing judgment or appearing incompetent and participants can share their triumphs and struggles without facing special treatment from teammates or suggestions for "fixing." Conversations remain within the “circle” and are all confidential. During the social circle, each attendee gets an optional opportunity to share without interruption. As our circle expands, we can split into smaller groups to maintain the ability to share and listen.
