Dr. Rebecca Rice leads us in a virtual Zumba class. Zumba is a high-intensity interval training exercise program where you dance and have fun while getting a great workout. Zumba moves can be tailored to your ability and comfort and are taught in "levels" of lower and higher impact. No webcam is required so this is a great chance to try out Zumba in the comfort of your home!
