In this workshop, students will learn a simple exercise that will help them quickly reduce stress and anxiety. This workshop will include a demonstration and provide students with articles for additional reading.

This event is open to all participants of a Center for Academic Enrichment and Outreach (CAEO) college program. These programs include TRIO Student Support Services, LSAMP, AANAPISI, and McNair Scholars Institute.
