Join the Harrah College of Hospitality for a Bon Vivant Dining experience in Hospitality Hall, hosted by UNLV alum Hunter Fieri and the college's executive chef, Mark Sandoval.
UNLV hospitality students will work alongside Fieri and Sandoval to create a four-course meal plated for 40 guests, featuring wine pairings from Fieri’s winery, Hunt and Ryde.
UNLVino Presents is an epicurean food and beverage series presented by the world-renowned UNLV William F. Harrah College of Hospitality with support from Southern Glazer's Wine, Spirits & Beer. Proceeds from the five-part culinary experience will go on to fund scholarships for students at the college. Visit the UNLVino website learn more about the series.
