UNLV Rebel Girls Lindsay Bennett Blood Drive
UNLV REBEL GIRLS ARE SPONSORING THE 10th ANNUAL LINDSAY BENNETT MEMORIAL BLOOD DRIVE
The UNLV Rebel Girls are sponsoring a blood drive in loving memory of Lindsay Bennett who was a former UNLV Rebel Girl and architectural student. Lindsay was an inspiration to those lucky enough to have met her. She died three days before her nineteenth birthday from fatal injuries sustained as the victim of a tragic head-on crash caused by a drunk driver. Each year the team hosts a blood drive in her honor. Over the past 9 years we have been able to save up to 1,200 patients in Lindsay’s memory.
Please click on the link below and make an appointment to save a life! There is always a need for blood and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime.
This event is free and open to the public.
Click on the link to make an appointment. Walk ins are also welcome.
