Description

The UNLV Symphonic Winds, conducted by Anthony LaBounty, perform a concert program featuring a variety of wind band works, including Symphonic Triptych by James Curnow, Allerseelen by Richard Strauss, arranged by Albert Oliver Davis; Pie Jesu from Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Requiem, arranged by Anthony LaBounty and featuring UNLV student vocalist Christian Shelton; and Variants on a Medieval Tune by Norman Dello Joio. A guest ensemble–the Foothill High School Wind Symphony, directed by Travis Pardee–will open the concert with a spectacular performance.

$8 discounted tickets are available to seniors, military members, and UNLV Faculty and Staff. All students may receive one free ticket with valid ID.

Event Parking

UNLV Performing Arts Center patrons are welcome to park in the Cottage Grove Parking Garage. Parking is free after 7 p.m. Monday - Thursday, after 1 p.m. Friday, and all weekend. Visit UNLV Parking and Transportation Services for more information.
