Keep your child healthy and free from preventable illnesses.

Please bring your child's immunization records and insurance cards, including Nevada Checkup and Medicaid. Immunizations will be provided on a first come, first serve basis, and while supplies last.

Medicaid Managed Care Organizations will be available with resources.
