In this hour-long workshop, we will:

• Learn tips and strategies to help you understand a personal statement prompt and how to organize, draft, and revise your statement.
• Review the transcript submission process.
• Cover letters of recommendation and discuss who to ask for letters, how and when to ask, and what information your recommenders will need from you.
• Go over graduate school-related testing (GRE, TOEFL, etc.), including how to determine which tests you need to take, how to register for tests, how to report your scores to UNLV, and online testing resources.
