From Anthropology BA to the Broader World: A UNLV Alumni Panel Exploration of Career Possibilities with an Anthropology BA Degree

In this panel, we hear from four UNLV Anthropology BA alumni who share their stories and advice concerning varied career directions. Some topics include how to use one's time well as a student, how to prepare for professional futures, whether postgraduate education may be needed, and more. Panelists join us virtually, though you can choose to watch the livestream in-person or online (via WebEx).

  • Cristina Magdaleno-Gonzalez, Mack Middle School Teacher
  • Cara Ratner, Archaeology for Kids
  • Natasha Thaweesee, recently of Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) and beginning MPH in Global Health Epidemiology at CU Anshutz Medical Campus
