This class will provide an overview of Archibus and will show users how to verify a department's space information and update employee information in Web Central. 

This class is a pre-requisite to the Asset Management class offered by Property Control. Prior to attending this training session, an email must be sent to Justin Iaela from your division head approving your attendance in the class and your level of access.

Level of access:

• Pre-Department: Access to edit your department's space and employees information; no assets
• Department: Access to edit your department's space, employee and asset information
• Pre-Division: Access to edit your division's space and employee information; no assets
• Division: Access to edit your division's space, employee and asset information
• Services: View only access to all departments and divisions space, employee and asset information
