The Lee Business School welcomes speaker Kent Noble, executive director of the Center for Cowboy Ethics and Leadership. The topic of his presentation is ethical leadership - what do you stand for?
Kent Noble is the executive director of the Center for Cowboy Ethics and Leadership. Noble’s previous business experience includes senior-level positions in higher education, college athletics, and broadcasting. Over the past three years, Noble has been delivering "STANDING TALL" principled-leadership presentations across the country.
To date, Noble has conducted nearly 200 sessions for business, government, and community leaders. As executive director, Noble helps oversee the center’s programs while continuing to speak to a variety of groups. In total, audiences representing more than 40 states and 20 countries have enjoyed his talks.
During his presentation, Noble will take the audience through a process where each person will identify his/her 11th principle, ie. the one thing that they stand for as an individual.
