Description

Students experience difficulties and challenges both in the classroom and outside. In this informative workshop, you will learn the proper techniques of student care. What are the stages of unconventional student conduct? What are the signs to look for when assessing whether a student is in need of care services? How can you isolate signs of student distress? After attending this workshop, you will be able to identify student care challenges and offer potential solutions to ensuring proper student care. 

By participating in this workshop you will:

  • Understand the stages of student misconduct
  • Learn about the signs of student distress
  • Identify solutions related to student care

This workshop is open to UNLV graduate students and postdoctoral scholars. Please RSVP at least 24 hours in advance for the workshop.
