Strength & Conditioning
The Strength and Conditioning Class is a program that consist of a 4 week progressive Strength and Conditioning Program. The program will be aimed for intermediate and advanced exercisers meaning all participants must be able to perform bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, squats, planks, crunches, and hip hinging.
Participants must have prior experience performing 3 major lifts (squat, deadlift, and bench press) sufficiently. This program will be unique in that the users will be committed for 4 weeks, and will meet twice a week. Each class will be important to attend as we will be implementing new movements and steps each class.
This event is open to SRWC members only, the fee is $55.
