Description
This presentation covers a brief history of gaming statutes and regulations in multiple countries. It provides the presenter’s views of the current state of gaming regulation and enforcement in the United States, Great Britain, Australia and Canada. The remarks include a review of the legal framework which established the acceptance of gambling as a form of entertainment and provides a prescription for continuing or re-establishing public confidence and trust.
