The Office of Research invites you to attend our 2022-23 academic year’s seminar series, "Tools and Resources for Navigating Health Sciences Research.” The next seminar will feature Aidy Weeks, MSLIS, AHIP, from the UNLV School of Medicine Library at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine, who will discuss a literature review protocol and its use in evidence-synthesis. Methods to evaluate different components of the evidence-based and clinical research protocols will also be discussed. Additionally, attendees will learn how to register and publish evidence-based and clinical research protocols. This seminar will be virtual via Zoom.
This session titled "Building, Registering and Publishing Protocols for Evidence-Based Research" is approved for 1 hour live/virtual AAFP Prescribed Credit. AMA/AAFP Equivalency: AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.
